Cap and Gown: If you were not able to order a cap and gown, please email: ava@cville.k12.in.us

Student Arrival: 10:30am

Dress Code: Business professional (dress/skirt, dress slacks, button-up shirt) - please no jeans, shorts, flip-flops, or sneakers

Tickets: Not required

Parking: In front of the school

ADA Parking and Seating: Available

Entry: Auditorium entrance – Door 39

Professional Photography: Pettit Photography – information coming soon

Ceremony Length: 45 minutes

Reception: CHS - immediately after the graduation ceremony – refreshments provided

Pictures: Students and families may take pictures in front of the AVA backdrop, on the stage, next to the AVA banners, well – just about anywhere.
 

Cap and Gown: Be sure to keep your gown hung up and press with a cool iron if needed
