Athens Virtual Academy uses ParentSquare as the primary platform for school communication— delivering messages through email, text, and app notifications helping everyone stay informed and involved. An account is automatically created for each parent using your preferred contact information on file from registration through PowerSchool.

We encourage you to activate your account and log in, download the free mobile app, set your language preferences, and customize your notification settings to stay connected in the way that works best for you.

Here are just a few things you can do with ParentSquare:

• Receive updates from your school via email, app, or text notification
• Customize how you receive updates— as they happen or in a daily digest around 6:00 p.m.
• View posts, photos, calendars, and important announcements
• Communicate in your preferred language with automatic translation
• Send direct messages to teachers and staff
